As Aging True, a provider of senior services, celebrates our 60th year in 2022, we are pleased to bring 120 apartment homes to seniors looking to live in the downtown area. This new addition of Ashley Square accompanies the existing 576 apartments we provide through our Cathedral Townhouse, Towers, Terrace, and Court buildings. In a 10-year effort, our three high-rise buildings all recently received massive renovations to improve the quality of housing available to our community’s seniors.

Ashley Square
Ashley Square is a new senior living (62+) construction development on vacant land located in Jacksonville. Ashley Square will be a six story building, with two floors of parking, an amenities area located on the ground level, and four floors consisting of 96 one-bedroom and 24 two-bedroom units totaling 120 units. All apartments will be equipped with multiple energy efficient features, including a kitchen, bathroom(s), and storage closets. Amenities include a clubhouse, on-site laundry, fitness center and free parking.
