Our In Home Caregivers work in two different types of In Home Services (Both Chore and Home Health Aide/Homemaking)
Chore: Position entails the assisting of functionally impaired elderly who are home-bound with chores that they are unable to perform. Chores may include deep cleaning of the home environment: trash removal, laundry, mopping, cleaning, furniture removal, and cleaning the interior areas of the residence. This service is provided to foster a safe, secure and sanitary environment for the elderly person. Services are provided in both Duval and Clay Counties. Ability to work in Clay County is a plus.
HHA/In Home Homemaking: Position entails the assisting of functionally impaired adults with the provision of home care services. These services will include but are not limited to bathing, dressing, assist with ambulating, security, eating, household and homemaking supervision, meal prep (if necessary) errands and reminder of self administered medications. Services are provided in both Duval and Clay Counties. Ability to work in Clay County is a plus.
Must have a valid Florida Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Must be able to read, write, complete reports, and accept supervision.
Experience with home management helpful.
Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving history, proof of automobile insurance and be willing to use personal vehicle for organizational travel.
Must successfully pass a level II criminal background and drug screening.
Flexible schedules for aide to choose days and times willing to work.
Must be able to communicate effectively with clients and their family members orally and in writing.
Must be able to lift 25 to 50 pounds.
Must be comfortable working in client home settings
