Our non-profit is comprised of two main corporate entities, Community Senior Services, Inc. and Urban Jacksonville, Inc. Together, these corporations do business as Aging True Community Senior Services throughout Northeast Florida.
When designating grants, donations, or researching Aging True on sites such as Charity Navigator, please be aware that our organization comprises Community Senior Services, Inc. d/b/a Aging True Community Senior Services and Urban Jacksonville, Inc., d/b/a Aging True Community Senior Services. These are separate 501(c)3 organizations with a common board and common purpose.
