Join us for the Aging True Aging With Grace Summit 2024, where we celebrate and empower seniors to live their best lives! This exciting event will take place on Saturday, March 9, 2024 at our Green Cove Springs Senior Center.
At the summit, you’ll discover innovative ideas, practical tips, and inspiring stories that will help you thrive in your own home as you age. Our expert speakers will cover a wide range of topics, including home safety modifications, occupational therapy and its benefits, services to help in the home, and more.
Whether you’re a senior yourself, a caregiver, or simply interested in the well-being of older adults, this summit is for you. Don’t miss out on this incredible opportunity to gain valuable insights and resources for successful aging in place.

Registration is no-cost for attendees and includes a free lunch. There may also be respite provided on site for your loved ones aged 60 and over for attendees who request so and sign up before Tuesday, March 2nd, 2024. To request respite, please email [email protected]
