Aging True nominated one of our care services staff, Shane Swords, for the Florida Association of Aging Service Providers “Best Direct Service Employee of the Year” award. Shane has been with Aging True since 2020 and has impacted the lives of countless seniors through his dedicated service. The award acknowledges an employee who makes a difference in the lives of seniors, and Shane’s nomination was selected as the winner! He was presented the award at the Florida Conference on Aging.

Aging True is thrilled Shane was selected, as he embodies our vision of being proud champions of positive aging. We’d also like to give a special thank you to FASP, FCOA, and Humana Healthy Horizons for the recognition.
